Time to Spruce Up the Place

I have almost 5900 pins on my Pinterest Boards and I would say 80% are recipes.  But today isn't going to be about a food pin.  Today, I'm choosing what project to do to spruce up the house a little.  I'm deciding between a few things, so I'm hoping for some advice.  I know I want to do some sort of sign to mix in with pictures on a wall somewhere in the house.  Here are my front runners:

You Are
Dave Matthews Band Song, This is my ringtone for Babboo

Similar to the first, but I like lettering more

Another song lyric. i would change color and font.

Another DMB song

Because we live on the lake
Love You More

I'm second guessing myself because these will be in a common area of the house.
So, why don't you all take the poll and help me out. Please and thank you.

The last one was added after the poll had opened, so if you like it, comment. Otherwise vote over there >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>. Scroll to the top, you'll see it.

Oven Pancakes on a Wednesday Afternoon

I love pancakes almost as much as I love waffles.  I usually choose pancakes over waffles because I'm too lazy to get the waffle maker out.  I've perfected my waffles, but still can't perfect pancakes.  I was uber excited to find this recipe for oven pancakes on Pinterest.  Now I don't have to worry about undercooked or overcooked pancakes.

Oven Pancakes

3/4 cup milk
2 T. melted butter
1 large egg
1 T. sugar
1 cup flour
2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt

Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease an 8×8 baking dish. In a large mixing bowl, beat together milk, butter and egg. Add sugar, then gradually beat the flour in. Stir in the baking powder and salt. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serves 4-6.

Fresh from the oven with butter and syrup

These were super easy to make.  Next time I might add some chopped, cooked cinnamon apples on the top.
